REGARDING EXTENSION SERVICES
A deposit equal to the cost of materials or $50.00 (whichever is higher) is required. Once deposits have been paid they are non-refundable. Appointments that must be rebooked must be rebooked 24 hours in advance.
Material costs are included in quoted prices. Discounts can be offered if materials are supplied by you.
Hair must be clean.We retain the right to rebook appointments if the hair is not clean enough to work with.
REGARDING MAIL ORDER ITEMS
All sales final.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept returns. Exchanges and repairs will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
That includes your payment via snail mail to us. We register all of our packages, but once it leaves our hands we are no longer responsible for it.
Pricing is subject to change without notice.
We are not responsible for customs and duties.
It is your responsibility to know what duties and fees you will be responsible for purchasing overseas.
